NTVI provided management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment towards the GSA’s building systems’ operations and maintenance including planning, scheduling and conducting preventative maintenance (regular and recurring) abiding by manufacturer’s recommendation, drawings and manuals, industry standards and all federal state and local code.
