Baan O Yeel Kon Corporation was created as the Village Corporation for Rampart, Alaska, pursuant to the 1971 Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.

Baan O Yeel Kon Corporation started Northern Taiga Ventures, Inc. (NTVI), as a subsidiary in 1997 to address the needs for high quality, reliable Alaska Native contractors in the Federal marketplace.

NTVI Federal, Inc. and other subsidiaries (see chart below) were established in 2005 to meet increasing customer requests for our services.

NTVI Federal, Inc.’s mission is to provide our customers with the highest quality competitively priced products and services in a timely manner while improving the quality of life for our Alaska Native Shareholders by providing job opportunities and financial dividends.

NTVI Federal, Inc. is led by a Board of Directors who together set policy and oversee the general management and operation of subsidiaries. Three of the five directors are shareholders. Having outside directors is unique for ANC companies and keeps NTVI focused on both business growth and shareholder benefits.
