NTVI is in business because the Board of Directors of Baan O Yeel Kon Corporation (BOYK) wanted to increase the economic well-being of BOYK’s approximately 200 shareholders and their families. One avenue the BOYK Board pursued to reach this goal was to establish Northern Taiga Ventures, Inc. BOYK shareholders and their direct descendents can benefit from NTVI operations through
