Our projects include renovations and stick-builds, as well as work in highly secure facilities and under numerous NAICS Codes relating to 236220* (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.) Our construction capabilities include Design/Build, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Lab/Clean Room, Energy Retrofit, Security/Force Protection, LEED Rated and Sustainability Projects. In-house functions and personnel include carpentry, laborers, project management and superintendents.

Project: Building 9960 (DOD Ft. Meade)
Chiller Plant Upgrade $18.8M
Complete renovation of chiller plant, including 3M gallon chilled water tank. New chillers designed to improve energy efficiency. Chillers cool highly secure data center, and must remain in operation 24/7. Work conducted in highly secure area, full escort required at all times.

Project: Building 002 (Navy Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA)
Galley Renovation $1.9M
Project includes permanent alterations and repairs to the serving area, supporting office areas, and the executive dining/conference room (6,376 sq ft impacted). Removal of ceilings, walls, floors, finishes, food equipment, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection as required for the total renovation of the serving area and support spaces is included in the work.

Project: GSA (FDA White Oak)
Child Care Center Design/Build Construction $10M
NTVI recently finished the design and construction of a 20,000sf child care center for GSA at their FDA White Oak facility. This design/build project has a geothermal system as well as solar features included and will achieve a minimum LEED Silver rating with a potential Gold rating while adhering to strict ATFP standards.
